Dear Milton Keynes Satellite Services,
It is unusual for me to write a letter these days, however given the outstanding service I have today received from your company I felt that I had no choice.
Today I have had an installation of both "Freesat" and the Italian Channels, this has been done using two dishes and a single receiver. This means I can change between English and Italian channels without the need to get up, change the TV channel or anything, I just press up and down, and it goes through my favorites automatically regardless of which country they are broadcasting from!
Your engineer spent quite a while showing me how to use the system as I am not very technical and he explained very patiently and articulately how to add channels to my favorites list. The picture quality is fantastic, even on the stations broadcasting from Italy, I never knew it was possible, but now I have a link back to home and can watch the news and see what is going on even the local news from my region.
Anyway I thought I would write and let you know that I will be telling everyone about your great service.
